- Our staff receives $16 an hour plus tips. Tips range from $3.50 – $7.50 extra per hour.
- After one year of employment, a week of paid vacation is provided, and is increased to two weeks at three years.
- All team members are entitled to shift meals, as well as a weekly loaf of bread of their choosing.
- Any training shifts or overtime hours are paid out at 1.5x the respective team member’s usual rate.
- Automatic raises are granted annually, as well as raises once proficient at another station.
- Team members are awarded a $20 bonus if they are called in when not scheduled.
- An optional retirement fund is available through NYSSC.
- Bonuses of $4 per day are rewarded when team members are on-time to each shift in a workweek.
